What sizes do you offer? We offer a wonderful range of puzzle sizes to suit every age and occasion:
- 98-piece puzzle - 29cm x 20cm
- 108-piece puzzle - 18.5cm x 23.5cm
- 120-piece puzzle - 20.5cm x 30cm
- 200-piece puzzle - 26.5cm x 38.5cm
- 252-piece puzzle - 26.5cm x 39cm
- 300-piece puzzle - 26.5cm x 38.5cm
- 30-piece wooden puzzle - approximately 25cm x 17cm
- 126-piece magnetic fridge puzzle - 27cm x 18cm (sticks firmly to your fridge, no sliding!)
Please note that not all sizes are available for every puzzle design.
How many pieces should I choose? Consider your recipient's age and puzzle experience. 98–126 pieces work beautifully for children or beginners, 108–252 pieces suit most adults, and 300 pieces offer a satisfying challenge for experienced puzzlers.
Are your puzzles made to order? Absolutely! Every single Puzzles Me AU puzzle is made fresh to order; nothing is ever pre-printed. Each puzzle is personally handcrafted by me using premium puzzle-grade materials, superior inks, and a pearl overlay for enhanced colour depth and lasting protection. Your puzzle can even be wiped clean with a damp cloth!
Safety Information
Are your puzzles suitable for young children? Our puzzles are designed for ages 3 and above. However, please be aware that puzzle pieces are small and may present a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is recommended at all times when young children are present.
Please note that our 30-piece wooden puzzle features large, chunky pieces, making it a wonderful and safe option for little hands; however, adult supervision is still always recommended.
⚠️ Important - Magnetic Puzzle Warning: Our 126-piece magnetic fridge puzzle contains puzzle-size magnetic pieces. This product is not suitable for children under 3 years and should be kept away from young children and infants. Magnets can be harmful if swallowed. Please keep out of reach of small children at all times.
Photo & Personalisation
What photo quality do I need for the best results? For optimal high-definition printing, we recommend uploading high-resolution images with at least 1000 pixels on the shortest side. Clear, well-lit photos produce the most stunning puzzle results.
What if I upload a low-quality photo? Not a problem, I personally enhance every photo before printing to ensure the best possible result. If after enhancement the image still isn't quite up to our high standards, I'll reach out to you by email or phone to discuss the best solution before anything is printed. Your puzzle image reference is also printed on premium high-quality matte photo paper, so every detail looks its absolute best!
Can I frame my puzzle after completing it? Absolutely! Every puzzle is designed to be frame-ready once assembled. Simply use puzzle glue to secure the pieces permanently, then frame it as a stunning piece of wall art. Each order also includes a printed image guide on premium matte photo paper, perfect for framing on its own!

How are the puzzles packaged? Every Puzzles Me AU puzzle arrives in a premium, sturdy presentation box featuring the puzzle image beautifully displayed on the lid, a keepsake-worthy box that's as impressive as the puzzle inside.
Every order is also gift-ready, lovingly wrapped in beautiful paper and finished with a satin ribbon and bow, perfect straight from the postbox to the gift table! 🎁
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes! We proudly ship to all corners of Australia via Australia Post.
How long will my order take? All puzzles are handcrafted and dispatched within 12 hours of your order being placed (depending on current demand). Standard Australia Post delivery times then apply from dispatch.
Returns & Replacements
What if my puzzle arrives damaged? We take great pride in our packaging, but if your puzzle arrives damaged, simply take a photo of the issue and contact us via our Contact page. We'll arrange a replacement for you straight away.
What is your policy on personalised puzzles? Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of personalised photo puzzles, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds unless the puzzle arrives damaged. We encourage you to double-check your photo and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any concerns about your photo quality, please don't hesitate to reach out before ordering; I'm always happy to help!
