Where We Ship: We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Childers, Queensland.

- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 AUD Australia-wide
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (5-8 business days)
- Express Shipping: $16.00 AUD (1-10 business days)
Processing & Dispatch Times: For personalised photo puzzles, please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Fixed image puzzles and accessories are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control, such as peak periods, weather events, or public holidays.
Lost or Missing Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Us page, and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
