Shipping within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide only via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched from Childers, Queensland. International shipping is not available at this time.
Preparation before dispatch
Our made-to-order products require preparation before dispatch. Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Selected products require 1–3 business days; please check the turnaround information on the individual product page.
Products requiring 1–3 business days include the Puzzle Piece Organiser Tray, Personalised Wooden Puzzle – Pen & Watercolour Art – 300 Pieces, and the Triceratops, T-Rex Dinosaur, Stegosaurus and Imperial Dragon 3D Flat Pack Puzzle Kit Cards.
Shipping rates and estimated transit times
- Standard Shipping: $10.95 AUD, or FREE on orders of $75 AUD and over. Estimated transit: 2–6 days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: $16.00 AUD. Estimated transit: 1–3 days after dispatch.
Preparation time is separate from Australia Post transit time. Express shipping speeds up Australia Post transit only; it does not shorten your product’s preparation or production time.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post.
Delivery delays
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may vary depending on your location. Australia Post delays, peak periods, weather events and public holidays may affect delivery.
Lost or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
