1. Our Products We offer a range of products including personalised photo puzzles, fixed image puzzles, and puzzle accessories.

For personalised puzzles, all items are custom-made to order using photos provided by you. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it for this purpose. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material.

2. Order Process For personalised puzzles, once your order is placed and your photo is submitted, production begins promptly. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once production has commenced. Please review your photo carefully before submitting.

For fixed image puzzles and accessories, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.

3. Photo Quality (Personalised Puzzles) The quality of your printed puzzle is dependent on the resolution and quality of the photo you provide. We recommend uploading high-resolution images for the best results. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution photos.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, text, and branding belongs to Puzzles Me Au and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Puzzles Me Au is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
