How It Works

1. Upload your photo – Choose a clear, well-lit image and upload it before adding the puzzle to your cart.
2. Your photo is transformed – Your image is converted into a pen-and-watercolour-style artwork for your personalised puzzle.
3. Your puzzle is prepared – The transformed artwork is used to create your 300-piece wooden puzzle and matching presentation.
4. We prepare it for dispatch – Please allow 1–3 business days before dispatch.

What Photo Should You Choose?

Photos with a clear subject and good lighting give the transformation something strong to work with.

Family photographs, couples, wedding photos, pets, holiday memories and milestone moments can all become meaningful personalised puzzle designs.

A photograph with the important people, pets or details clearly visible is preferable to an image where the main subject is very small or hidden in the background.

Standard – Reusable presentation box with a white base, white hinged lid, white front button lock and your puzzle image on the lid.

Premium – Reusable presentation box with a white base, beige hinged lid, matching beige front button lock and your puzzle image on the lid.

Signature – Reusable metal keepsake box with your puzzle image permanently baked into the lid, secure metal locking tabs and a FREE photo-frame keyring.

The personalised wooden puzzle is identical in all three presentation options. Every order includes complimentary gift wrapping with satin ribbon and bow.

The reusable presentation box provides a place to keep the pieces together between builds and can later hold photographs, cards, keepsakes or other small treasures connected with the memory behind your puzzle.
